      *remote *friendly co workers/team leads

      Cons

      Even if you are a supposedly "core" employee, you could lose your job any moment with NO notice with how frequent lay offs are. There is absolutely no job security.

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
