      There is always a lot going on that will keep you very busy.

      Cons

      The peak season is Christmas so there are additional hours required each Thanksgiving as well as leading up to Christmas.

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
