      Pros

      Nice colleague, which is the only good thing about this company

      Cons

      Everything else, especially the Directors. They have no management skills and a couple of them are psychotic. Work balance is awful, most of the consultants have 3 to 4 projects at the same time but the worst is to please the demanding directors. The employee turnover is near 60% The work isn’t great either as they sell projects that noone has the skills to do. Basically a scam company

      Pros

      A great company to work for with a fantastic set of people. The vision is helping "amazing organisations achieve remarkable things" and that's evident throughout all the work done. The clients are brilliant and its a privilege to work with them. Pay and benefits are good. Work can be full-on, but is achievable, and there's loads of support and care given. Development opportunities are made available to all staff. (IMHO this company is unrecognisable from the one that older comments here refer to).

      Cons

      Not really a 'con', but you have to be good at managing your own time.
