Pros
You get exposure to a wide variety of things and there is good Team mentality with cross functional counterparts. Good work life balance, there is some really good people that work here, and a LOT of potential. It's not the end of the road yet! Everyone contributes to the overall success or failure of the company!
Cons
* No yearly salary increases * No 401k * No clear R&R * Poor/No Internal Processes * Shoot-from-the-Hip, Head-in-the-Cloud business strategies and approaches * Poor internal communication / Direction which can change on a dime or change management is not managed effectively, nothing is a quick win! * Everyone is replaceable at any level.
