Pros

Merchandising team always there for each other, assistance with meeting programs and best practices. Regional sales team and district managers full of insight in the industry and recommendations on best practices with practical advice that best fits yourself and your account base. Reimbursement for vehicle expenses i.e. oil changes and gas is a plus included with the provided company vehicle. Company also reimburses for any tools or POS decorations required to dress up stores and displays over the year across all seasons and holiday themes.

Cons

Office management and district management conflicts off and on about best practices for team members Inconsistent/dated expectations about dress attire and general body language, odd but apparent after spending some time with most of the company Bonuses are infrequent when compared to other distributors in the state when cross analyzed, management definitely takes a larger cut which is expected but most likely not proportional to the fact that sales and merchandising is responsible for even getting it completed to begin with. Small conflicts of interest between employees and management can start rocky relationships right after the first time butting heads, some people remedy the relationship over time, others followed until the employee left or was terminated.
