Showroom manager was a good guy who had worked his way through the ranks. Realistic in expectations and the sales team respected and worked for him.
Cons
Now where do i start? Unrealistic appointments expected week in, week out. If appointments aren't confirmed by close of play, you're staying late and prospecting again when theres not even an event on. If you still don't have these appointments you're threatened by punishment......what a way to motivate people who are there to sell and earn money! Sales events aren't anything new, data has been hammered and customers see right through the old wheeler dealer method of selling!! So you're effectively staying late and prospecting off page and page of outdated and poor quality data!!!!
