Pros
The management truly believes in their "Inverted Pyramid" theory of management - that is the employee is the most important part of the company. Everyone I worked with was professional and committed to treating employees and clients honestly and fairly. All were willing to help each other - I never saw a name come up on my caller ID that I didn't want to talk to. Always took the high road.
Cons
No cons to speak of - they are a regional company and somewhat limited geographically, for now. Their positive management approach and service quality will only lead to more growth and opportunity.
