      I very much enjoyed my time at Harvard. It’s a very collaborative atmosphere with a commitment to work life balance and the benefits are excellent. Building relationships is key!

      Cons

      Like most higher ed environments it can take a bit more time to advance work than in industry. But everyone involved understands this.
