Pros

I came to HarvestROI after years in the HubSpot ecosystem: agency side, solutions consulting, and solution architecture. I've seen how partner orgs operate from the inside. This is the strongest team I've been part of. Leadership here is transparent about where the company is headed. Actual visibility into strategy, priorities, and the reasoning behind decisions. I have a direct line to leadership and genuine input into the direction of the work I own. That's rare at any company. It's almost unheard of at this size. I've grown meaningfully in my role here. The scope of what I've been trusted to take on (product marketing to content strategy to partner ecosystem work) would have taken years to accumulate somewhere else. If you're someone who thrives with autonomy and wants to build, not just execute, this is the place. The culture today is collaborative, focused, and honest. The team we have right now is one where everyone pulls their weight and genuinely wants to win together. Work-life balance is real. There's clear autonomy and trust. Nobody's tracking your hours or micromanaging your calendar. You're trusted to deliver, and in return you get the flexibility to manage your own time like an adult.

Cons

The pace is fast. If you're looking for a role where the scope is narrow and the workload is predictable, this probably isn't it. HarvestROI is a growing company, and growing companies move quickly. That's energizing for the right person and overwhelming for the wrong one. Know which one you are before you apply.

Pros

I've worked at HarvestROI for about 10 months now. Here's the pros: 1. You are not micromanaged at work. As long as you're completing projects and communicating timely updates to your manager, you don't need to sweat the small stuff 2. Tools are provided to make your life easier. Management at HarvestROI understands that tools like Project Management software, notetakers, and AI assistants give you more time to do meaningful work. 3. Continued education is supported. You are encouraged to take an hour or two each week to complete certifications, learn about HubSpot updates, and further your professional skills. 4. Benefits are provided. Since working here, HarvestROI has added full healthcare coverage for individuals and families. The addition of this coverage shows their dedication to supporting employees and their family. 5. A healthy work-life balance. Requesting an hour or two for appointments or family needs is as simple as sending a Slack message.

Cons

1. Remote work can limit your connections with coworkers. I think this is a tradeoff of being remote vs. working in an office. They do host weekly team meetings to combat this. I personally prefer remote work but that's something to consider if you're thinking about joining a company that is fully remote. 2. Things change. Since HarvestROI is a growing company new initiatives and priorities will shift. You have to be an adaptable person to thrive in this environment.

Pros

Supportive and collaborative team culture Beyond being a remote work environment, there's flexibility for things like doctors appointments, stepping away for a walk, picking up kids, etc. Leadership is easy to talk to and listens to feedback Interesting client work and a variety of project sizes Opportunities to upskill/ obtain certifications Light-hearted, funny team who care about each other Lots of recent energy has been poured into the onboarding process making it easier to integrate new team members to ongoing work

Cons

As with any growing company, we are always defining and refining process which can be overwhelming to some Our tech team is in high demand and can sometimes have a slower turn than other groups, but we are growing there
