Sometimes departments need to talk with each other more.

Pay and benefits are ok for what's out there.

Night shift here will destroy your mind and body. Took the job out of desperation, and I wish I just stayed unemployed. Before working here, I was high energy, I was eating right, I was getting lots of exercise, but working 10 hour night shifts here almost killed that for me. There's almost no work life balance here. You just deplete all your energy here during the week and do absolutely nothing but rest and recharge on the weekends. I barely had any time to even eat during the week.
