Pros
Company would have get togethers at times, but this was in 2023 and 2024. I doubt these occur now
Cons
- Lack of progression in the role, even after discussed with manager. - Lack of salary increases, last I received was 2% even though the legal team was performing well. - Manager will try to keep you in the role, nitpicky and stuck to the way they want things done. - Work and other projects outside of the role, including promotions, are given to management's favourite employees.
