      ~Learning ~knowledge in IT field

      Cons

      ~HR team is useless, they are just puppets, all decisions are from higher management, i.e., owners of company ~no growth in terms of salary ~no timing of work, poor culture in terms of work load ~don't believe on words, just take everything in written ~too much office politics by team leads who are working from many years
