Pros
Flexibility in choosing projects. Work Life Balance is ok except for the HU time. Good Perks & Bonus. Good Learning resources available. Good Semi-annual increments. Latest Tech Stacks-breadth wise only. Limited free meal & Unlimited free snacks. Hiring process is a bit rigorous compared to other IT Services companies out there and thus a better pay master. Job Security has improved after Deloitte acquisition.
Cons
Just another it services company after Deloitte acquisition have lost its metal. Not a great place to work for backend engineers. You can be jack of all tech stacks here but master of none. The HU program is a joke need a lot of improvements starting from the trainers itself , yes they are good engineers but that doesn't mean they are good trainers.
