They provide 2 hikes in a year and Deloitte provides few good perks
Cons
1. Management is very bad and project's quality is very bad 2. Management wants devops engineers to be good in k8S but does not provide any resources like Cloud Account or cluster. They want us to use our own personal account and in turn contribute to the Org. 3. You get promotion if you are managers pet 4. Spot awards are biased they give it to few people who are having good relation with manager 5. There is no grooming or quality of product which is delivered to the client. They just want to deliver things to Deloitte as fast as they can 6. Managers literally says if you do not do this I will make sure you will not get good hikes for RT. 7. Your coach is someone who is not working in your domain and has no clue how you could improve they just give random feedbacks
