Very bad , lots of politics, incompetent tech lead and manager ,three hierarchy hashedin, Deloitte client Job security is very low normally even if you perform well you got meets and if you anytime did a mistake or something happen with manager they give meets below and you got into pip For mid level should not join this company three hierarchy 2 months projects timeline mostly and manager change frequently asked project change since it's only have the 2 month timeline with almost no work-life balance a software developer can think 2 month is very less we need to build and give it to client This will have problem since your manager change time to time at appraisal if manager change they only give hike to them only.
