1. Will randomly put people in PIP those who are in bench with no proper explanation. 2. Cited reason as technically weak when i was in bench and there were no projects available. In short unavailability of projects will result in randomly assigning people to PIP with the reason of cost cutting. 3. Poor work life balance in projects, will ask you to work on weekends and holidays.
