I was told by my team leader that they don’t understand my disability, which they was not going to learn more about to help me. I was shouted at by my team leader which had my mental heath go worse if you make human error you get shouted at and get told you’re older and should know better as you have worked in more places. Management don’t really see you they just walk past you at the start they all smiles after they don’t even say morning or hello, wellbeing for staff from the managers is poor. The whole 4 c’s is an embarrassment to its self. I’ll never let anyone I know work there they make you work like a peace of meat. HR never gave me exit an interview. So HR I don’t need one I’ll just post it on here.
