- Incredibly disorganized - Management can be disrespectful and downright rude - Management will constantly come late or not show up for meetings - The three on the management team don't seem to talk to each other - constantly getting mixed messages and conflicting information - Poor email response - Incredibly poor communication in general - Poor employee moral - no one seems happy to work there - Toxic, negative work environment - Abuse from other employees Don't take a job here. There is nothing that is worth the stress that you'll be putting yourself under.
