Pros
- Nice work environment - Nice people - Fairly good salaries - Ownership - Super cool project - Small team (25) - You can work from home ( but still be able to go to the studio ) - Quite flexible work hours ( no need to take half a day off to go to a medical appointment ) Overall I love my experience here.
Cons
- Management and organisation can be messy sometimes since senior management are taking probably too much different work on their plate
