      Pros

      Outstanding learning & growth opportunities - The exposure is phenomenal. Supportive and collaborative team — Flat hierarchy, zero politics, and extremely helpful team who are always ready to guide and support you. Great work culture — Developer-friendly environment with flexible hours, strong focus on work-life balance, and a genuine sense of camaraderie. It feels like a family. Good compensation & benefits for a city like Cochin.
