Cons

Management in Barcelona simply does not listen to people You do not have your own desk and you have to fight for your place People stays at home instead of coming to the office. That creates big team disconnection Salary negotiation process is not clear Day-to-day issues take too long to be fixed. A broken coffee machine needs 4 weeks to be replaced You cannot choose your equipment (cables, dock stations...)

Dear former employee, Thank you for your feedback. It's great that you appreciate our perks and the international environment in our office. We are also happy that you found us to be a learning and developing environment. With regards to the comments under "Cons": - As you will recall we consider all senior people including Product Owners as part of the leadership team who are regularly consulted on all office decisions. While we concede that you may have not agreed with all of these, we did try to involve all participants in discussions where possible. - The company policy is towards distributed remote working where possible and as part of that we have a policy of flexible seating in the office combined with great flexibility for people to work from home should they wish so. You will remember that anyone who expressed a requirement for a fixed desk was facilitated. Many people choose to work from home quite often. Allowing this work/life balance is seen as one of our great benefits by the majority of our teams. - Regarding salary, as a young company our policies have evolved, however we have tried to match market rates on a role by role basis. We do believe our salaries are competitive. As part of company culture we encourage our employees to be proactive with regards to benefits such as development and remuneration, - One of our coffee machines was broken, but that special machine has to be returned to Germany for repair. Other coffee machines where functioning normally and always available. - The company mandates a range of equipment from which employees can choose depending on their grade; this can include: MacBook Pros, iPads, iPhones, etc. All employees received laptops (usually MacBooks, Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse), and all desks are equipped with a minimum of 2 screens, docking stations, etc. We appreciate the time you took to give this review.
