      Pros

      Great products with guarantees, ensuing happy and returning customer base. Wonderful staff and leadership. Growth based on work ethic and not just performance.

      Cons

      Only long hours if you are opposed to them! Other than that, it's great! Long hours mean long paychecks!

      Pros

      This company has a family member work atmosphere. I have been working for this company right at 16 years and will until I retire.

      Cons

      It can sometimes get unbarringly hot in the summer but we have porta cool fans to help cool it down.
