Pros
There are barely any pros besides a few good people and some nice events. Hope the good guys get out; agencies are modernising now. It doesn't have to be this way.
Cons
The senior leaders are scarily arrogant and out of touch with how modern businesses works. Seriously, I have never encountered anything like it. It's the 50s at Havas Life Medicom. For some reason they think they are doing us a favour simply by giving us a job. Crazy hours, pressure, rudeness and all for pretty poor pay. High turnover and a level of misery across junior workers. A two tier approach in which bosses are gods and the rest of us are treated as lowly worker bees. So glad that I'm leaving.
