      I had nice colleagues and they had some good free food (def not enough if you are a career driven person)

      Bad management, terrible salary, they will work you to the bone but don't give anything in return. Very strict company with some very old fashioned management style. I quit at the first opportunity I had...

      There is work life balance

      Probably one of the worse agencies I’ve worked at. It’s like a circus everyday. Everything is extremely unorganized. You have SVPs and EVPs on simple internal reviews causing spin and chaos. No one ever knows what’s going on. They took away all company perks at the beginning of January.
