Pros

It’s a beautiful building in a great part of London, however that’s unfortunately where the pros come to an abrupt end.

Cons

The team was headed up by aggressive business directors, whose management styles were solely built upon instilling fear, in turn leading to a destruction of confidence and an uncomfortable, extremely toxic environment. Enjoyment was sapped out of all projects which should have been exciting, with individuals fighting to compete with each other rather than work together to deliver the best possible results. A real ‘throw under the bus’ culture. There was also a severe lack of resource across all teams, leading to a stressed and unhappy workforce.

Pros

Unlimited PTO if you know how to use it and have a supportive manager who approves that you use time off. The pay is generous, but for the price of working insane hours all the time and weekends.

Cons

Absolutely everything else. The agency model no longer works and it's disappointing to see how leadership here behaves and 'addresses' the problems at this agency. It started off ok, but progressively worsened in terms of work/life balance (lack there of), support from leadership (they say there's resources but there's lack of accountability), the several cycles of annual layoffs have pushed the people left to their limits on taking on the workloads. They're investing in strategic planning while all other departments suffer with lack of personnel and it's disgusting how they brush everything aside. Eventually the bubble will burst and they'll end up blaming everyone but themselves. There will be a mass exodus of people working in agencies leaving the minute the job market gets better. Final note of advice: Majority of the clients here are terrible anyways, they're not worth the suffering for a paycheck. You're better off working as a bartender, waiter, barista, etc. for the time being.
