Company had potential but more interested in profit than people
Cons
Run by wanna be cowboy owners with a lot to prove. Little men with big egos and no business sense. They talk about family and do major waves of layoffs. Don't count on job security. One entire staff was fired because they trained them before they had a license to occupy and run a store in that town. So many people have been let down by this company after they committed 100% to the mission. Nepotism runs the operation.
