Pros
It's a small company, so it's very easy to get to know the employees and find out what the company is all about in a short period of time.
Cons
I worked here for a short period of time, but I noticed that they're constantly focusing on terminating employees that don't fit in to their departments, with the explanation that they're "building a culture that benefits the company." If a manager doesn't like you, they will: - Refuse to give you guidance on your performance - Gaslight you - Blame you and yell at you I have seen this happen to a few people during my short time here, which is worrying.
