Good benefits, work life balance is awesome, easier on the body compared to private sector, laid back environment.
Cons
The most political place I've worked in life. Nepotism is rampant, fraud is blatant, it's who you know and not the knowledge you possess. There are good ppl there but not juice aint worth the squeeze.
