Great work environment with good pay. Corporate structure is pretty flat, with the owners guiding departments as teams rather than delegating to middle managers. It can seem unstructured to those who are not self driven or need constant direction.

Not great vacation policy or holiday observance. A bit heavy handed on monthly random drug testing for office staff.
