      Pros

      The people around you are usally well-natured, intelligent people. You're lucky to get minimum wage. though. The manager is a master at conversations and makes a living off using people in this pyramid scheme.

      Cons

      We were taught strategies in which to psychologically manipulate and deceive customers. The manager prefaced the job to interviewees that if they worked hard enough they could have their own office and make good money. The whole business only works by keeping people at the bottom working for 12 hrs a day hustling cheaply made products. Do not buy in. It's a scam.

      Pros

      If you want to be the best version of yourself, this opportunity will help get you there. You will reach goals, those of which you didn't think possible. The atmosphere and community of people are all positive. I would trade it for nothing.

      Cons

      It's really weird at first; so if you don't like asking questions to find out why, this isn't for you. It's a lot of hard work and investment; so if you're someone who needs instant gratification, this isn't for you. People who are pro athletes didn't quit when they aren't making money in high school or college. People don't lose 50 pounds in one night. Things take time and effort. It's a lot of networking and stepping out of comfort zones to help you succeed; so if you don't like communicating with people or being uncomfortable, this isn't for you.
