Pros

CEO doesn't come in on Fridays. Most employees are trauma bonded because they are afraid of CEO, Michael Rosenberg.

Cons

Horrible CEO. Screams and yells and curses to get point across. This company basically buys samples from other stores and sends it to their production team in China to copy thread for thread. Not enough people in the office to get the work load done because he fired so many people/they quit so you will be expected to do stuff not related to your job description, and you will not be trained to do it, so if you fail be expected to be yelled at by Michael Rosenberg. Jackets fall apart within minutes of putting it on and customers will call nonstop because of it. Any of the recent good reviews of this place are fake, just look at the contrast of the earlier reviews. I started in Aug and by Oct my co-worked had run out 3 times crying because of management. I left because I could not take being cursed at early in the morning.

Pros

- One gets to work with an incredibly experienced and progress driven team. -The team really IS a team. -One gets the opportunity to work with and gain exposure to major accounts, not limited but including, Macy’s, TJ-Max, BJ’s, and countless other accounts -Good pay, especially for those in sales, and full benefits

Cons

- The industry is fast paced, pressurized, and strictly deadline based, it’s not for everyone.

Pros

Sadly, many who remain are either too demoralized to leave or have been conditioned to accept dysfunction as normal!

Cons

Having worked in the outerwear industry for years, I can say that this company is widely known for its toxic internal culture. Leadership, particularly the owner and the sales lady create a hostile work environment that fosters fear, not growth. Management behavior often crosses professional boundaries, and psychological safety is virtually nonexistent. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, and many of the employees who remain do so because they feel they have no other options. There’s little to no support, mentoring, or appreciation. only intimidation, blame shifting, and micromanagement. If you’re considering joining this company, I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and speaking to former employees beforehand. You’ll hear the Word ‘Psycho’ more than once.
