Pros

Research and science is done extremely well. Mission statements and goals of the organization are top notch. The work we do is very fulfilling and rewarding.

Cons

The executive director is very rude to employees, volunteers, and the public. Expect a 50 hour work week with absolutely no compensation. All work is micromanaged and criticisms are delivered in a degrading and belittling way. Financials are a constant concern and spending is unsupervised. Employee turnover is very high. Education and rehab birds are given very little enrichment and positive reinforcement.

Pros

You'll be doing a lot of good for raptors

Cons

The executive director micromanages, screams at, harasses, bullies, and plays mind games with employees and volunteers. I have even seen her hit an owl that wasn't looking at a camera. And you will ALWAYS be overworked and underappreciated.

Pros

Their is no pros working with them

Cons

As a teacher only the hours worked are payed. Classes are cancelled all the time, the school doesn't inform the teachers when such things happen. They don't inform the students when a teacher can't make it so their are left waiting for a teacher who won't show up. They pay extremely late in the month, between the 8th and the 11th for the previous month. No answer to emails, extremely poor communication, very unorganized and overall unprofessional. When they send emails in French they are full of mistakes, can't believe they have a contrat to teach French to federal employees ! Don't work with them, it's more pain than benefits
