Pros

Pros: None that I ever experienced.

Cons

1 Star – Would Not Recommend If there were an option to give zero or negative stars, I would have chosen that instead. My experience working at Hawscode was extremely disappointing. In my view, the company showed little respect for employees and created a stressful work environment. I experienced long working hours, often exceeding 10 hours per day, with poor work-life balance and limited flexibility during shifts. The employees are not treated with the level of trust and professionalism that should exist in a workplace. Management's approach came across as overly controlling, and communication was often disrespectful and intimidating. One of my biggest concerns was compensation and job security. Based on my experience, there were issues surrounding salary payments, and I felt employees could be terminated abruptly without clear justification. They would make a contract for you to work for free and later once its time for confirmation they would fire you. this is a repeatative behavour company has established to use free resources. They close employment without notice and refuse to pay salary. Court cases have been filed but they do not seem to care Salary unpaid, Poor work-life balance, long hours, management issues, mental harrassment, no job security, and a negative workplace culture. My personal recommendation is never to let such organizations take advantage and there are way better organizations with better growth opportunity and work culture

Pros

• No positive aspects worth highlighting from my experience. • The company culture feels more like a strict school than a professional workplace. • Employees are discouraged from interacting freely with one another, which creates an uncomfortable and isolated work environment. • Only 30 minutes are allocated for lunch, which feels insufficient during a long workday. • The standard office timings are 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, resulting in a 10-hour workday that can be exhausting. • The work environment is highly stressful and hectic, with significant pressure on employees.

Cons

• Management expectations are often high, while support and flexibility are limited. • The atmosphere can feel restrictive, making it difficult to collaborate naturally with colleagues. • Employee morale and job satisfaction appear to be low due to the demanding work culture. • Limited opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
