-small town banking with a local focus -far less pressure to meet sales quotas than a normal bank - small group size led to a closer knit workforce

-teller pay isn't substantial anywhere and this bank is not different than other banks

Pretty easy job, good training

If you were not part of the 'in' crowd you were absolutely treated differently and left to pick up slack for the ones favored.
