Pros
Fantastic camaraderie among staff members. Many teachers have been there upwards of 20 years so there are plenty of old heads to offer advice to newcomers. Most courses are very well put together. Students are usually incredibly motivated. Furthermore, management are very approachable and I mostly felt supported until the day I left.
Cons
Despite management being very open and accessible, occasionally they can lead from behind when there are issues on the horizon. By the time I left, enrollment numbers were getting a little high and it felt as though the pursuit of money was being given preference over quality of classes (but that is symptomatic of the ELICOS industry in Australia).
