People were terminated overnight for no reason. Leadership pretended like they never worked there. People quit all the time without notice because of how unhealthy culture is. People talk about getting sick all the time because of work stress. You will work 24/7, on weekends, on vacation, everything. Leadership acts like they prioritize work life balance but actions speak louder than words. Everything constantly changes on you. There is no consistency. C suite is very narcissistic. They don’t listen to anyone but each other. Lack of promotion. No HR person to go to regarding issues with position. Issues with finances. They spend money left and right. It is concerning
