- Unsupportive and defensive managment. Multiple people, myself included, were written up when we brought up issues with processes and management. If you bring up a problem, you will be seen as the problem.
- No career longevity.
- No reward for hard work.
- Promotions don't come with enough compensation to for the extra responsibilities they include
- Pay overall should be much higher for the work load demanded
