Pros
None, They lie straight to your face and all the while convincing you that the company is one big family. Don't be fooled! They will try their best to make you believe they have your best interests in mind when MONEY is the reason for everything they do. In my opinion as a former employee of course.
Cons
They have a habit of telling someone they are being moved to another department and or another city. And this leaves you with a choice, make less money in a new city (move family and all), or you don't work there anymore. At which point they told me I needed to sign a document that states I am voluntarily leaving my job in order to get my final paycheck. They are bullies, in my opinion of course. Every thing I have written here is my personal experience as I saw it. But let me tell you, DON'T Do It!
