Cons
If you work for Haynes at their main hub in Montgomery, you get access to new equipment and trucks, management has your back, and you have first choice at all the special events and standbys. However, if you are unlucky enough to be stationed at one of their satellite offices or even unluckier to be stationed at Care of Montgomery, you'll be in vehicles barely fit for the road, using equipment decades out of date, and begging for supplies that are promised but never come. Care is woefully underfunded in comparison. It has management that is absent 90% of the time and outright hostile the rest. The other employees however, will have your back and support you through thick and thin.
