Pros
Free thinking company that easily makes changes to provide services in the best interest of their clients. A work hard, play hard mentality with a great group of people who care about what they do and how they do it. Leadership is always open to new ideas and different ways to do things and is very approachable. National firm with lots of tools and resources available to make you successful.
Cons
Must be a self starter. There is not a lot of hand holding. If a lot of training and oversight is what you need, this is not the place for you. While getting significantly better, there is still disconnect between offices across the country on best practices, tools etc... that are available. Collaboration between offices is getting better but still needs improvement.
