A great group of people who are dedicated team players striving to reach a common goal - taking care of the customer. Very family oriented environment where the employees are valued, appreciated and recognized for the work that they do. Management is extremely supportive of, and takes pride in, every single employee. The benefits and policies offered are second to none, continuing to prove that the employees are an absolute priority.

Our industry is very fast paced and is always changing. Organization, efficiency and scheduling are key factors in making it all work. Even with those policies in place, due to the nature of our business, it is sometimes challenging to make it work.

Excluding Management there are some great employees there. The employees were recruited by the prior manager and he knew how to build a great team. They of course fired him and put a family member in his position.

Management thinks they are the smartest people on earth so they don't listen to any body else. They are unwilling to make decisions so others have to make them. Management takes all the credit for the decisions made in the field and places all the blame on those in the field if the wrong decision is made. Management sends employees to fire other employees while they leave for the day. They hate any kind of confrontation.
