Pros
What I like about working for Haystack is that you'll be working on/doing something different every single day. In typical start-up fashion, if something you need doesn't have a process, it's now your responsibility to create that process no matter if you're the CEO or you've been with the company for 5 minutes.
The opportunities to grow and learn do seem pretty endless!
Cons
Nothing that any other start-up has to deal with.
