Pros

Working from home is the one pro.

Cons

Constant instability. Several (100+ clinicians) laid off with no prior notice, clients told their therapist just left. Paycut of over 15k in January. Incentives started now in June all full time were told no more full time starting end of August, no benefits, $1000 severance.

Pros

Good pay Benefits W2 Consistent case load

Cons

High productivity No room to even breath, if you want to have a job where you are seeing clients back to back without breaks or even room to eat something. No Control over your schedule, you have to submit a request to block and change your schedule. Your schedule request can be denied and must be reviewed and that can take days to weeks. you get no paid time off. And also position instability. No therapist independence everything we do is micromanaged Clients are just thrown on your schedule Lack of communication
