Pros
Interesting business concept and good mission. Decent pay with wfh flexibility. Benefits ok but 401(k) match doesn't vest until 2 years. Unless you're desperate or reading this review in 2040 and the company has shifted from what it currently is, please really consider if this is the right company/role for you. Decent work life balance but I did work some weekends and holidays, and some days I took PTO.
Cons
Where to start, this company had lay offs in 2023 and again in 2024 which should say a lot. Poor management, including micromanagers who will roll their eyes at you during team meetings in front of everyone (multiple times), condescend you in front of other departments to undermine you, managers who will deny time off requests given months in advance with no valid reasoning, and HR who will ask for feedback but never do anything with it. Toxic management who doesn't want to see you succeed. Company isn't growing at the rate they want or expect to so you will most likely be forced to pick up responsibilities you don't want or have experience in and then punished because you don't know how to do the work that was forced on you.
