Pros
- Everyone, including management, is allergic to corporate @#$%. - The assignments that they arrange for you are either in hip new companies, or in the "cool", innovative part of large companies. - There are some smart cookies you can learn from. - Atmosphere is great. Tra Very welcoming guys and girls, and many fun activities: ice karting, gaming nights, snowboarding, hackathons. - Your colleagues will be there for you. Doesn't matter if you're stuck coding at your client, or if you need to talk about your work/life balance.
Cons
- Low diversity - They have quite an informal working culture. Not a minus for me, but keep in mind. - Not all company "rules" are arranged and structured, which is common for many startups. This means freedom but sometimes it's a bit chaotic.
