Pros
-Great work/life balance: flexible work schedule, work from home days -Strong team members: I've enjoyed working with all of my coworkers across various teams. Pavia has had great success in hiring smart and capable talent, yet these are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. -Culture: environment truly fosters team work, team building, and is not ego-driven -Upper Management: it helps to like the people who lead the company, and no complaints here; George, Si, and Steven make you feel welcomed and cared for -Communication: This has vastly improved in the last year, as far as communicating goals, current standing, direction, etc... -Opportunities for growth: stagnation is not something I've witnessed here. New tech and new ideas are encouraged, and desire for self-growth is rewarded -Extras: benefits, snacks, coffee, beer, ping pong: all the perks you might expect (or hope for) in a Seattle tech company I truly enjoy working here. I love my job, and am not sad come Sunday night. Though we have days we work remotely, coming in to the office is very pleasant; the view is beautiful, and the coworker family is a big plus.
Cons
-No reimbursement/support for career development -No formal review/feedback process (this may be coming down the pike) -Compensation may be slightly lower
