Pros
friendly management, busy, can be fun, get to work with a lot of people, get to keep tips, opportunity to meet sports professionals etc that are in the public eye, flexible hours, salary paid every 2 weeks
Cons
infrequent breaks, handling a lot of heavy plates etc up and down stairs, disorganised teams - employees can be seen running around as they do not know what to do and are not trained sufficiently, some teams can become quite cliquey - not great for a newcomer
