Pros

A clear vision from leadership makes it easy to understand where the company is headed, and the collaborative “One Team” culture means everyone’s working together toward shared goals. There’s also a strong focus on the customer, with decisions driven by what’s best for them.

Cons

We uphold and actively promote a healthy work-life balance but we do have a team who are genuinely so passionate that they often go the extra mile voluntarily.

Free tea/coffee. Free parking. Lift.

Cons

Lack of compliance. Cannot run a business properly. Too many old hands doing things like its still 1980.
