Amazing culture and people! The environment is great - everyone works really hard and genuinely wants to be there and make a difference. I felt like I was a part of a family right from day one, and my team has been really supportive. The people are really nice, and the work-life balance is great. For the first time, I love going to work every day. I feel like I’m given a lot of autonomy and am also able to contribute and voice my opinion about strategy and the future of the team I’m on.
Cons
It is a start-up experiencing a lot of growth, so resources are thin, but there is great communication and transparency in addressing issues. In my opinion, this makes it an exciting time to be at the company; expect to work hard, and contribute to build processes for the future.
