First and foremost, we truly appreciate this feedback. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Our hope and intent is that every member of Team Headspace has a safe space to share their feedback with their direct leadership (or our HR team) as a means for us to better understand others' experience and remedy concerns and challenges as our organization continues to grow. In relation to some of the sentiments you shared, I wanted to highlight some key actions that are being taken to effect change -- Following our most recent employee survey, the team's feedback highlighted 3 key areas for improvement - Performance Evaluation, Communication & Decision Making. To address those areas, we've identified actions and are holding ourselves accountable to them in the hope that we can support better ways of working here. We will also conduct a follow-up survey to gauge our progress here in the coming months. Additionally, with our inaugural DEI Learning Program now up and running, plus the addition of our Senior Manager of Talent Development - we now have the capacity to extend our people development reach; through the continuation of our DEI Learning journey, launch of our People Leader Program, re-imagination of our Performance Optimization & Evaluation process, and broadened employee programming & eLearning. So please know that we take your sentiments to heart, and these areas are is something we've identified and are actively working on creating lasting change. Pros

-they offer great resources for members to utilize -continued education to sharpen your coaching skills

Cons

-there have been so many changes and expectations that are frustrating to navigate -they expect way too much for so little pay and no benefits -this role is so taxing on your own mental health... many of the members that you see aren't a good fit for coaching, so you're also filtering a lot of members for therapy and navigate really heavy mental health conversations that aren't within the scope of coaching -feedback isn't delivered live, it's all put in a spreadsheet that's clearly input by automation
